This was the status when EASCR was founded to get involved and stop the dominant lobbying of DCM paint stripper manufacturers in the EU ‘Commission Working Group on Restrictions on the Marketing and Use of Dangerous Substances and Preparations‘ with their intend to prevent any proposal that would restrict their products or markets.
